Returns
- You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- To start a return, email order@groovesharpener.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
- For an exchange of the same item, email order@groovesharpener.com with photos of the issue.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
