• You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
   
• Items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
   
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
   
• To start a return, email order@groovesharpener.com with your order number and reason for return.
   

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
   
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
   

• We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
   
• For an exchange of the same item, email order@groovesharpener.com with photos of the issue.
   

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
   
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

• Used or worn tools
   
• Items damaged due to misuse
